All Book Covers/Bradford Alan is an industry-leading manufacturer in custom designed vinyl and leather products for the Advertising Specialty Industry and Hospitality Industry. We are looking for a Inside Sales Representative with excellent communication skills to join our dynamic team. The target is to ensure excellent sales and service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities: Communicate with customers via telephone and e-mail regarding products, prospective orders, order status, samples, and completed orders. * Receive inbound calls and place outbound calls to customers to provide information about products or services. * Manage sale opportunities for all product categories and perform all sales tasks necessary to turn opportunities into billable sales * Enter quotations and orders into sales order processing systems; ensure accurate sales information including proper and accurate delivery, payment terms, and other critical order information; confirm all orders with customers and provide status updates as needed. * Meet minimum daily standards for quotes and other sales output expectations * Pro-actively develop new business through outgoing customer calls and emails. * Prepare any customer required samples and dispatch. * Handle all customer inquiries relating to pricing, shipping, quality, etc.; provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. * Obtain freight costs from the shipping department to provide to customers as needed. * Document all communication with customers regarding changes or additions to orders. * Interact with all areas of the office and production to facilitate the flow of orders to meet customers requested shipment dates and all order requirements. * Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents * Qualifications * Must have a minimum of two years of customer service experience within the Advertising Specialty Products industry. * Graphic Design a must * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Detail oriented with the ability to multitask, manage time, and communicate effectively. * Ability to present a professional response to the customer using both telephone and computer correspondence. * Must be able to work independently while being a proactive team member. * Solution provider with a positive can-do attitude * Must be able to multitask. * Take the extra mile to engage customers. * Other tasks as required.
