What You'll Bring: * Proven Sales Pro: 1+ years B2B/healthcare/medical sales success, with a track record of exceeding targets and driving territory growth. * Relationship Builder: Experience interacting with physician offices; behavioral/mental health or pharmaceutical sales a plus. * Strategic Mindset: Strong business development skills and ability to navigate the full sales cycle. * Dynamic Communicator: Excellent communication, leadership, and self-motivation. * Results-Driven: Strong judgment, time management, and ability to analyze complex information. * Tech Savvy: Technical aptitude and computer skills (Salesforce experience a bonus). * Reliable & Mobile: Valid driver's license and safe driving record. * Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
