Key Responsibilities * Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and web channels * Perform outbound inquiries via phone, email, and web channels * Provide product information and support to prospective and existing customers * Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions * Follow up on leads and quotes to close sales and achieve targets * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM * Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive growth * Assist with order processing, pricing, and delivery coordination as needed Qualifications * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Positive attitude and a willingness to learn * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment * High attention to detail and organizational skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus Join our team as an Inside Sales Representative and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional solutions while advancing your career in a supportive environment!
