Responsibilities of the Sales Trainee: Educate customers on available packages and assist with service enrollment to ensure a smooth enrollment process and close sales Represent AT&T and promote products and services to potential customers daily to drive brand awareness Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries about AT&T products and services Learn the ins and out of the role to be able to expand into a full management role leading a team of individuals and managing customer accounts Connect with customers to ensure their satisfaction; Every member plays a crucial role in this mission, making our customers feel valued and integral to our success Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AT&T services, pricing, and promotions Qualifications for the Sales Trainee position: Experience in customer service, sales, retail sales, management, leadership or related fields preferred but not required A professional, courteous, and approachable demeanor A problem-solving mindset and a desire to help others Ability to multi-task and stay highly organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Driven to help clients succeed Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,600.00 - $4,000.00 per month Benefits: * 401(k) * Flexible schedule Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: On the road
