Your Role: As an Independent Sales Associate, your responsibilities will include: * Meeting with property owners to discuss and sell roof replacement projects. * Overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction. * Assisting homeowners through the insurance claims process. * Generating leads by door knocking and prospecting in neighborhoods affected by hail damage or where McCoy Roofing is active. * Consistently meeting and exceeding performance targets, aiming to open 2-10 insurance claims per week.
