As an Inside Sales Representative you'll deliver an exceptional customer experience, world class, focused on inbound and outbound calling. Scheduling in-home and virtual appointments for potential clients to connect with our Sales team. We are looking for . * 2 years of call center or sales experience. * Proven experience in inside sales, appointment setting, customer experience or a similar role. * Ability to maintain a dedicated remote workstation conducive to productivity. * Required to have access to a reliable high-speed internet connection. * Ability to update and maintain accurate records in the CRM * Attention to detail, communication skills and time management skills.
