Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions in both English and Spanish. Your ability to communicate effectively in both languages will be essential in building strong relationships with our diverse clientele and driving sales growth. Duties * Engage with customers through various channels to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. * Conduct sales presentations and demonstrate product features to potential clients. * Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries. * Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience. * Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment. * Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company database. Requirements * Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required. * Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively. * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. * A positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not mandatory.
