Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Bilingual Retail Salesperson to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while effectively communicating with our diverse clientele. Your ability to speak multiple languages will enhance the shopping experience for our customers, helping them find the products they need and ensuring their satisfaction. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide personalized service. * Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos to enhance customer understanding and interest. * Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a positive customer experience. * Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and ensure all merchandise is displayed attractively. Experience * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. * Proficiency in a second language is required; bilingual ( spanish & english ) candidates are highly encouraged to apply. * Familiarity with cash register operations and cash handling procedures is advantageous. * Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions. * Experience in upselling techniques and product demonstrations is a plus.
