Overview At Pinpoint Home Buyers , we specialize in real estate investments, and we're on a mission to help homeowners while closing high-value deals. If you're hungry for success, competitive, and have a passion for sales , we want YOU on our team! Location : In-Person--Fountain Valley Pay: $4k base for the first 60 days. After that, $2k base/month + 10% commission on closed deals. Earning Potential: $130k - $160k+ (top earners make even more!) What You'll Do: * Engage with warm leads (no cold calling) and make offers on properties * Close deals by understanding sellers' motivations and providing solutions * Make 200+ calls daily to follow up and convert leads * Learn property valuation to make smart cash offers (we will train you!) * Master CRM systems to track your pipeline and deals What You Need to Succeed: A results-driven mindset - You LOVE sales and winning!
