We anticipate customer needs and follow through, earning their trust to focus on what they do best. * Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with account executives to develop and implement effective prospecting strategies. Conduct high-volume prospecting through calls, emails, and social media to qualify leads. Schedule discovery meetings and demos for account executives to evaluate prospects' business needs and potential partnership opportunities with Medius. Conduct needs qualification calls with assigned prospects. Educate companies on the benefits of AP Automation. Build a strong foundation for a successful career by acquiring essential skills and knowledge to excel as a salesperson, leader, and executive. Utilize advanced tech tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo etc., to maximize productivity and output. * Minimum Qualifications: Jacksonville-based (Hybrid role, not remote) Bachelor's Degree with major course work in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field. OR applicable experience with lead generation, cold calling, networking, or other external outreach efforts. Track record of success prospecting for businesses Ability to uncover and understand customer needs Excellent written/verbal communication skills A driven and positive attitude Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively * Preferred Qualifications: CRM experience a plus Previous metrics driven role a plus Spend Management experience a plus Inside sales experience a plus Enterprise prospecting experience a plus * Compensation: $80,000 OTE ($55,000 Base, $25,000 variable compensation). The commission structure offers unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions and additional accelerators. * What are we offering? 20 days of PTO per year.
