Overview: Kimley-Horn is looking for a Software Sales Representative join our Firmwide Technology Solutions team! You will have the opportunity to drive growth with new and existing customers in a fast-paced, start-up like environment. This is a highly cross-functional role with great opportunity to expand Kimley-Horn's software business in its next stages of growth. * This is an in-office position. Responsibilities: * Support or lead product demonstrations internally and externally via presentations, webinars, in-person meetings, tradeshows, and conferences * Communicate the value of Kimley-Horn technology solutions * Cultivate and grow working relationships with internal partners across the firm * Drive software sales and revenue with internal and external customers * Identify new customers and improve customer satisfaction * Collaborate with internal teams/partners to align sales plans and objectives * Inform marketing collateral and pricing models based on market knowledge * Willingness and ability to travel (approximately once per month) * Perform other duties as needed or assigned Qualifications: * Bachelor's in Business, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, English, or a related field * 4+ years of experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or event settings * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills * Confident, outgoing personality * Passion, drive, and self-motivation * Team player with a positive attitude/client service mentality
