The 50/50 Program is a nationwide, two-year development initiative designed to fast-track your career in sales within the insurance industry. In partnership with USLI and select customer partners , this program offers hands-on training, mentorship, and networking opportunities that will help you build meaningful relationships and develop the skills needed to succeed in sales. Your Responsibilities Sales Development * Participate in the 50/50 Program to build relationships with customers, generate leads, and achieve sales targets. * Develop and maintain strong partnerships with brokers and insurance agencies. * Implement strategies learned in training to drive business growth and improve results. Training & Mentorship * Engage in a comprehensive two-year training program designed to develop essential sales skills. * Receive personalized mentorship from experienced sales leaders to guide your career growth. * Learn the fundamentals of insurance sales, including lead generation, relationship management, and customer engagement.
