The Director of Revenue at Kivani is responsible for maximizing top-line revenue across all properties through dynamic pricing, rate optimization, and data-driven strategy. This role is focused on improving RevPAR, ADR, and market share performance in alignment with company goals. Key responsibilities include setting and adjusting rate strategies, analyzing market trends and competitor performance, managing forecasting and budgeting processes, and collaborating with property teams to execute revenue initiatives. The Director will also oversee daily performance tracking and provide timely reporting to senior leadership. This role requires strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of revenue management systems, and the ability to drive rate strategy across a multi-property portfolio. Based in Virginia, Kivani is one of the largest and fastest-growing economy hotel companies in the state.
