Account Executive Job Summary Temporary Wall Systems Richmond is seeking a motivated and articulate Account Executive to expand our client base and drive growth in the commercial construction and facility maintenance sectors. You'll build strong business relationships, identify and pursue opportunities, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. This role involves generating leads, networking, presenting solutions, visiting client sites, and nurturing partnerships. Success requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for problem Solving. Key Responsibilities * Generate and pursue sales leads to drive new business. * Build and maintain relationships with clients to expand market share. * Network through direct outreach, existing relationships, and industry events. * Deliver persuasive sales presentations and accurate project estimates. * Manage client accounts and maintain an up-to-date database. * Collaborate with TWS team to coordinate and assist in installs. * Contribute to marketing campaigns and business strategies. * Stay knowledgeable about products, features, and technical specifications. * Represent Temporary Wall Systems professionally and uphold company values. * Meet sales goals and provide updates on metrics and challenges. Required Qualifications * 3+ years in sales or customer service, preferably B2B. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset. * Proven ability to meet goals, stay organized, and maintain a positive attitude. * Friendly, customer-focused, and solution-oriented. * Proficient with basic computer operations. * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field preferred. * Valid driver's license. * Ability to occasionally lift materials weighing 30 lbs or more. * Lives in Richmond, VA area Preferred Qualifications * Experience in commercial construction, rental or facility management industries.
