Territory Sales Manager** in Grand Prairie, TX 75050 Pay: $20-24/hr Perks: * Weekly Pay * Direct deposit option * Referral bonus eligible * Health insurance options/plans Schedule: 8a - 5p (M-F) Job Summary: The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for selling quality personal protective equipment to businesses and to assigned customers in a competitive market and be responsible for learning, promoting, marketing, and selling our branded products. Job Duties and Responsibilities: * Generate new business by making outbound phone calls * Overcome sales objections by offering solutions * Negotiate selling price to increase margins * Communicate clearly * Build instant rapport * Understand customers and prospects, and identify their needs to create sales opportunities * Ask for orders * Closing sales and achieving sales targets * To upsell products and services Job Requirements and Qualifications: * Previous sales experience, negotiating, closing, and account management is a must for this position. * A competitive personality * Strong organizational and time management skills * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office * Ability to multitask * Excellent phone calling skills * A highly competitive nature * Ability and willingness to travel up to 33% of the time * Business-to-business and or sales management experience required * A strong work ethic and a high level of initiative * Self-motivation and driven personality Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in a phone sales environment KeyStaff.
