Full description of the position

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage customer inquiries, process orders and payments, and ensure appropriate service levels. This role involves communicating with event producers, conducting sales meetings, and coordinating event labor with management. The ideal candidate will track revenue goals and collaborate with various teams to achieve success in an ever-changing environment. Key Responsibilities * Able to accept incoming phone calls and emails and triage to determine next steps * Able to correctly and accurately navigate sales ordering website(s) * Able to correctly and accurately determine service levels needed based on use * Able to take customer orders by phone * Able to take customer payments by phone * Follows up on customer inquiries at earliset convenience * Coordinates with event producers to determine needs * Provides all event producers with appropriate marketing literature for use at their events * Conducts meetings with event producers and potential customers * Other duties as assigned Skills, Knowledge and Expertise * Project Management experience * Sales experience * Customer Service experience * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Ability to relay complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals Benefits This is an awesome opportunity to start working with an amazing company!
