Farmers Insurance District 04, led by David Pucci, is a President's Council District and as so is in the top 1% of all the Districts Nation Wide. We are seeking an Associate Sales Producer who is Property & Casualty General Lines and Life & Health Licensed to work to develop a customer base in the DFW Region, as well as the entire State of Texas and be open to Dual Enrolment in as many as 19 additional states that we will identify. Qualifications * Property and Casualty Licensed- General Lines (or get licensed before hired) * Life and Health Licenses (or get licensed within 90 days of start) * AHIP Certified is a plus * Multilingual is a plus * Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and telemarketing practices * Strong sales background and prepared to discuss your tracking Responsibilities * Conduct outreach to potential clients to quote insurance products. * Utilize strong communication skills to explain policy options to clients. * Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. * Continue to learn and grow and participate as a team player.
