Summary We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team at 2nd STREET USA. In this role, you will be integral to delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our unique selection of second-hand fashion items. Your contributions will help us maintain our commitment to sustainability while providing customers with one-of-a-kind pieces. Responsibilities * Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs. * Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices. * Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash responsibly. * Restock merchandise on the sales floor and ensure that displays are visually appealing. * Assist in product demonstrations and promote unique items to enhance sales opportunities. * Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the store.
