Position: Pawn Broker/Sales Associate What You'll Do: * Engage with customers in unique and exciting interactions, from jewelry and electronics to tools, firearms, video games, and more. * Creatively post and sell a variety of inventory online. * Make personal decisions that shape your day-to-day work experience. * Enjoy the variety and opportunity that comes with this dynamic and interesting role. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Willingness to undergo a background check for firearms handling. * Open and flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. * Previous retail or money-handling experience is a plus. * Ability to lift 30+ pounds and stand for long periods. * Basic computer skills and willingness to learn. * Enjoy working with people and collaborating in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Multitasking abilities and adaptability are essential. * Bilingual skills are a plus, with potential for higher starting wages.
