We are committed to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Sales Assistant to join our team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Assistant to support our sales team and streamline our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, analytical, and possess strong communication skills to facilitate smooth operations and enhance efficiency within the sales department. Responsibilities: * Assist sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and file management. * Respond to customer inquiries and provide information and support as needed. * Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services and resolve customer issues. * Provide general administrative support to the sales department as needed. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. * Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Apple Software (Pages, Numbers) * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Customer-focused with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
