Duties & Responsibilities: * Calling on current and potential customers including commercial building owners, hospitals, universities, industrial plants, etc. * Develops and increases sales revenue to meet divisional goals. * Building professional relationships and expanding customer base. * Maintaining contact with current and potential customers. * Develops and delivers sales presentations in a professional and effective manner * Assists with the planning of sales exhibits and/or trade shows * Maintains up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends, and government regulations. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: * Experience in the commercial construction industry is a plus. * At least 2 years of sales or business development experience. * Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills * Excellent communication skills; both internal and external * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment * A four-year degree is preferred.
