Currently we are looking for a Inside Sales Rep to join our team. Looking for nice and polite person to work with us and continue growing our company to the next level. Responsibilities: - Inbound Leads (Over 500 a month) calling them and booking our Events. (Some of the calls come on the weekends so just be aware that it means being open to some weekends) - Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market - Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through networking and cold calling - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for business development - Attend industry events and conferences to expand network and generate leads - Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients to showcase company products and services - Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets Experience: - 2-4 Years of Sales Experience (Ideal) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients - Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills - Knowledge of market trends and competitors - Self-motivated and target-driven mindset - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Compensation Starting Salary is $50,000 plus Commission+ Benefits (with an On Target Earnings goal of $70K-$80K your first year, Real Sales Rockstars can make $90-$110K) We also provide a Flex-Time Hybrid Option with 2-3 days in our Orange County Office.
