If you have bail experience, please note this in your application. PLEASE READ: Below are the Duties, Qualifications, and Job Type details. Duties of a Client Account Specialist include, but are not limited to: * Making and answering phone calls * Entering and updating client information in databases * Managing digital files * Providing excellent customer service * Assisting office staff with day-to-day duties * Performing all other client service duties What We 're Looking For: We're seeking someone dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with us. Must-Haves: * 3+ years of administrative and customer service experience * Ability to handle high call volume professionally * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Excellent time management and attention to detail * Tech-savvy (comfortable using Windows and office software) * Must be 18+ and able to pass a California background check (required for licensing) * Must be punctual, reliable, and have a positive attitude Nice-to-Haves: * Bilingual (Spanish) is a big plus * Previous bail industry experience (not required but helpful - be sure to note it!)
