Job Duties: * Help lead a team of door-to-door sales to achieve and exceed sales targets * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring elevated levels of customer satisfaction. * Sell, Recruit, Train, Motivate and Inspire. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. * Help conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales, preferably in the restoration or construction industry. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Results-driven mindset with a record of accomplishments in meeting or exceeding sales goals. * Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. * Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
