Description: Junior Sales Representative Commission /or Minimum Wage Overview: Fairmount Holdings, Inc. is seeking a motivated and energetic Junior Sales Representative to join our team. This entry-level sales position will work closely alongside a Senior Sales Representative to assist in generating sales. The Junior Sales Representative will gain hands-on experience, learning the full sales cycle, from client engagement to closing, while helping families through the important process of pre-planning. * Key Responsibilities: * Assist the Senior Sales Representative in daily sales activities, including client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups. * Develop a thorough understanding of cemetery and funeral home services, products, and pricing. * Learn and execute sales strategies to generate leads and convert prospects into clients. * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with families and clients, offering compassionate guidance during preplanning. * Attend sales meetings and participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. * Collaborate with the Senior Sales Representative to meet or exceed sales goals and objectives. * Conduct outreach via phone, email, and in-person visits to generate new business opportunities. * Provide administrative support, including preparing documents, tracking leads, and maintaining client records in the CRM system. * Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to expand the company's reach within the community Requirements: Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask. * Motivated to learn and grow within a sales environment. * Ability to work well in a team and take direction from senior staff. * Compassionate, with a desire to help families through difficult decisions. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM systems is a plus. * Must be able to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
