Responsibilities * Develop and regularly update comprehensive company status reports and tracking systems. * Design, implement, and manage all operational systems related to transaction coordination, internal communications, information management, central database administration, and marketing initiatives. * Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients regarding the progress of their transactions. * Support the Listing Agents and free them up from administrative work. * Supervise all contractual processes from initiation through closing and listing launch. * Establish and maintain the team's operations manual, documenting all procedures, systems, and standards. * Lead the training and professional development of operations team members. * Develop and oversee talent acquisition, recruitment, and retention strategies.
