Key Responsibilities: * Relationship Building: Develop and sustain relationships with key referral sources like hospitals, clinics, and community organizations, ensuring Home Health Care, Inc. is top-of-mind. * Brand Ambassador: Represent us at community events , networking functions , and professional conferences to increase visibility and reach. * Educational Outreach: Conduct presentations to raise awareness about home care benefits, creating lasting community engagement. * Collaborative Coordination: Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure a seamless experience for clients referred to our services. * Performance Improvement: Regularly assess outreach effectiveness and provide recommendations for refining strategies. Qualifications and Skills: * Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field is preferred. * Industry Experience: 2+ years in community outreach, sales, or marketing --ideally in home care or healthcare. * Exceptional Communication Skills: Outstanding ability to connect with diverse groups, from medical professionals to potential clients. * Self-Motivated and Independent: Proven track record of working autonomously while remaining aligned with team objectives.
