Job Description Full-Time Call Center/Inside Sales Representative MR. FIX-IT - Ashland, VA (In-Person Only) Compensation: $15 -$20/hour (Hourly + Bonus Potential) Join the elite team at MR. What You 'll Do: * Make outbound calls and receive inbound inquiries from homeowners interested in our home improvement services. * Use a proven script and methodology to schedule in-home consultations with our Project Specialists. * Consistently meet or exceed performance goals tied to call volume and appointment setting. * Provide excellent customer service and communicate with confidence, professionalism, and enthusiasm. * Participate in regular coaching sessions to improve performance and maximize results. * What We 're Looking For: * Self-starters who are motivated by personal and team success. * Previous experience in call centers or inside sales is a plus--but not required. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * A positive, can-do attitude and a team-oriented mindset. * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Physical Requirements: * Ability to remain seated and work on a computer/phone for extended periods (up to 8 hours). * Frequent hand and finger use for typing and phone handling. * Ability to clearly hear and communicate via headset. * Occasionally lift/move up to 10 lbs (files, office equipment, etc.). * Must maintain focus and attention to detail, even during high call volumes. * Important Notes: * This is a full-time, in-person role based in our Ashland, VA office.
