Typical Experience. Individuals with experience in sales positions as a leader or trainer with a record of hitting targets will be prioritized, especially in a direct sales context. An ability to lead and motivate others is critical since you'll be responsible for the overall performance of your team. * Experience in a sales position, either as a leader or trainer. * Proven sales results (high or low ticket products). * Evidence that you've inspired and led a team of sales representatives. * High school graduation is good but not essential.
