Job Responsibilities: * Call our qualified leads within minutes of receiving their information- email follow-up. * Set site assessments and virtual appointments for sales. * Collect customer data needed to prepare a quote. * Follow up with leads not yet contacted to ensure contact is made, appointment set, or questions answered. * Work with our CRM to keep diligent and accurate notes. * Follow up with customers between 2-5 days after appointments. * Reply to customer emails within 24 hours. * Answer the company phone. * Track team receipts. * Generate marketing material and post on social media. * Opportunities to grow within the company. Qualifications: * Ability to work with administrative and management staff to record critical information. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals. * Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information. * Ability to communicate effectively through phone & email communication. * Strong, stable work ethic * Self-motivator * Detail oriented * Proficient computer skills * Work Home Shows/State Fair when needed, which includes the occasional weekends. * Hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM * In-office position - Plymouth * Other duties as assigned.
