Full description of the position

Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. * Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. * Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals. * Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth. * Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. * Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, and finance) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. * Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to develop effective sales strategies. * Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts using CRM software. * Resolve customer issues promptly to maintain long-term business relationships. Qualifications & Skills: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). * Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development , preferably in the metals or manufacturing industry. * Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. Experience Required * Proven experience of operating in a demanding customer facing role. * Knowledge of material and steel preferred. * 1 - 4 years: Sales experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
