Job Title: Solar Representative (Commission Only) - Pueblo Electrics Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor | Commission Only | Flexible Schedule Location: Pueblo, CO & Surrounding Areas Description: Pueblo Electrics -- a trusted electrical contractor in Southern Colorado for over 40 years -- is growing its solar division and looking for motivated, experienced Solar Representatives to join our team. Responsibilities: * Meet with homeowners to present solar solutions * Explain solar benefits, savings, and financing options * Use solar financing tools and apps (Sunlight, GoodLeap, Mosaic, etc.) * Maintain a positive, professional presence in the community * Build and manage your own pipeline * Collaborate with our in-house team from design through install Qualifications: * Solar experience * Familiar with solar platforms * Self-motivated, organized, and persistent * Honest, transparent, and ethical in all interactions * Strong communication and people skills * Committed to ethical, community-first sales * Reliable transportation What We Offer: * 100% in-house installation -- no subcontractors * Top-tier products: Enphase, REC, Sol-Ark * M-1 payment structure available * Ongoing support and training * Freedom to build your pipeline your way * Earn what you're worth -- the harder you work, the more you make Compensation: Commission only.
