The ideal candidate will be experienced with automotive sales, present him or herself in a professional manner, and strive to deliver the absolute best service to our customers, both before and after the sale. We want customers that are so happy doing business with us that they come back for their 2nd and 3rd purchases, as well as send us their friends and family when they need a vehicle. Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and provide tailored solutions. * Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport and foster long-term relationships. * Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up on leads to drive sales growth. * Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in CRM software. * Demonstrate product knowledge and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions. * Uphold high standards of customer service throughout the sales process.
