Key Responsibilities: * Identify & Develop New Business: Research and create opportunities for all types of events, expanding our reach in multiple markets. Leverage existing contacts and industry resources to generate revenue. * Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals. * Stay Ahead of the Industry: Monitor trends, analyze competition, and adjust strategies accordingly. * Build Strong Relationships: Establish and maintain lasting connections with clients, vendors, and venues. * Optimize Sales Performance: Track metrics, analyze results, and refine strategies for continued success. Qualifications & Skills: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. * 3+ years of direct sales experience, ideally within the event or hospitality industry. * Proven ability to excel in a high-demand sales environment. * Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills. * Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. * Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and hospitality-related CRMs (Salesforce, Point of Rental).
