Responsibilities: * Visit homeowners in assigned territory to assess their home improvement needs. * Conduct thorough inspections and precise measurements of homes to provide tailored solutions. * Present our PROVEN 10-step selling methodology, ensuring a 50% sale closing ratio. * Help homeowners analyze options and make informed decisions based on clear facts and figures. * Maintain accountability for customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. * Keep a positive attitude and uphold professionalism in every interaction. Requirements: * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Valid Driver's License. * Fluency in English. * Ability to work nights and weekends. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail. * Outgoing, extroverted personality with adaptability when interacting with team members, management, and clients. * Ability to maintain confidentiality.
