This role offers a hybrid work model with flexibility for remote work. The ideal candidate will grow new business, maintain client relationships, assist in onboarding clients and agents, and meet sales targets while receiving mentorship through our elite Broker Training Program. Key Details: * Salary: This position is a commission-only sales role with potential earnings up to $108,000 per year which is an average commission based on your personal performance (no base salary).
