Duties * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking. * Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create strategic plans that support business objectives. * Utilize Salesforce and other software tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data. * Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction. * Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies. * Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, showcasing potential growth opportunities. Experience * Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry. * Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. * Proficiency in customer relationship management tools, particularly Salesforce. * Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals. * Excellent strategic planning skills with a focus on market analysis and opportunity identification. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
