Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus. * Proven experience in financial accounting and analysis with a strong understanding of business development principles. * Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively. * Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration across departments. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
