Top Job Located in Blue Ash, OH Salary: BOE Business Development Manager / Professional Staffing Location: Cincinnati, OH Compensation: Based on experience Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their staffing needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions. * Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. * Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and consultations to showcase staffing services and capabilities. * Collaborate with internal teams, including recruiters and account managers, to ensure successful candidate placements and client satisfaction. * Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to meet both their needs and company revenue goals. * Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs, tracking performance and reporting progress regularly. * Maintain an active pipeline of sales leads and opportunities, using CRM tools to manage and track activities. * Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and staffing best practices to provide clients with informed, strategic recommendations. Requirements: * Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry. * Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused mindset. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting and negotiating effectively. * Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet sales goals. * Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
