You must own the sales process with an account manager mindset from acquisition to close, but no worries - you will be supported by the best customer service, operations, and in-house install teams in the business. * What We 're Looking For: * Passionate Selling: Individuals who consider themselves the top in their field with a burning desire to achieve and a passion for competition * Relationship Building: Desire to educate homeowners on the positive effects of being energy efficient, and the benefits of clean energy, including energy cost savings and worthwhile investment to increase home value * Pipeline Excellence: Ability to capitalize on sales opportunities at customer homes from provided leads via setters/call centers and supplement with personal leads and referrals * Ambitious and Resilient: Own the Sale or be Sold mentality with in-home presentations and proposals * Training Initiative: Eagerness to continuously learn and grow - our comprehensive training program will give you the tools to guarantee success!
