We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing outstanding service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities: * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally. * Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. * Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating when necessary. * Process orders, forms, applications, and requests. * Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy toward customers at all times. * Record and update customer interactions and transactions in the system. * Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, technical support) to improve the customer experience. * Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved. * Meet individual and team performance targets and service quality standards. Requirements: * High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred). * Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. * Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM systems). * Problem-solving attitude with a positive and patient approach. * Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
