Local steel and sheet metal fabrication company is seeking a customer service / industrial representative to be the point of contact for our customers and provide all communications with them regarding their order request. Duties: * Answering incoming calls from customers * Provide efficient information about products and services * Provide customer data to project manager for quotes and estimates * Submit quotes and updates of existing projects to customers * Communicate with project manager regarding customer order status Requirements: * Great customer service / sales skills * Great verbal and written communication skills * Good computer skills including MS Office Word, Outlook and Excel * Experience with fabricated or manufactured steel and sheet metal products preferred * Ability to comprehend fabrication drawing and dimensions preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $29.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
