Full description of the position

Key Activities/Responsibilities * Train with multiple departments/disciplines (sales, operations, etc.) throughout the company on a rotation schedule * Serve as a technical resource and answer customer questions about existing products * Receive incoming customer call for quotes, order, and questions about existing products * Proactively follow up on quotes to close orders * Subject matter expert on Jetstream parts, pumps, and accessories * Increase average order size by upselling during incoming calls * Support outside sales by answering questions, quoting, and entering orders * Attend Trade Shows * Perform ride-alongs with the outside sales team * Work with regional team to map, manage, and update the customer base via CRM * Recommend new product changes as well as other new product ideas. * Must be willing and able to travel up to 10% Requirements * High School Diploma or equivalent, required * 0-5 years of technical inside sales or related experience required. * Highly proficient with Microsoft Office software suite * High energy self-starter, that works well in team settings and can work with minimal guidance at times. * Ability to work independently as well as part of various sales and service teams. * Strong desire to work with both internal and external customers * Must possess a high degree of initiative and can assist in making sound, business decisions * Demonstrated excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills required * Skilled at presenting information via electronic or face-to-face modalities that engages the audience and transmits relevant and correct product information * Highly organized and able to manage wide range of administrative duties with competing priorities.
