The right candidate will have strong people skills, a warm and welcoming personality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Our Sales Consultants are responsible for using a consultative, customer- focused approach to selling automobiles by performing the following duties: * Spend time and listen to customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options * Explain features and demonstrates operation of vehicle and equipment options. * Complete quotes and explain financing options. * Commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge. * Test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features. * Delivers and familiarizes the customer with vehicle. * Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate a life lasting customer relationship. Requirements: You must be professional, motivated, a team player, reliable, organized and have a valid driver's license with a good driving record. No prior sales experience required, we will train the right person!
