We have been rapidly expanding under the current ownership for the past five years. We have increased sales every year, and now we are ready to take the next step to grow our business to an even higher level! That means we need a dynamic, motivated seasoned hunter for sales. In this role, you'll be the face of our company, promoting our home care services, building strong relationships with referral sources, and driving the growth of our client base. Earning potential for the right person will be $65K - $120K+ - Base Plus Commission -Uncapped. Your role will be to enable hundreds more seniors to experience our mission. You'll carry out this role by: * Following our proven sales process. * Developing and maintaining professional relationships with your referral sources. * Promoting Visiting Angels services to new and existing referral sources. * Effectively converting prospects into clients. * Effectively and professionally planning sales meetings and activities through phone, email, and in-person visits while maximizing time efficiency. * Meeting sales objectives, documenting appointments, and providing weekly activity KPI reports. * Using effective networking strategies to generate referral relationship meetings.
