Kia Sales Delivery Coordinator Crowley Kia is looking for a Delivery Coordinator to join their team! The Delivery Coordinator is an entry level position to help every customer drive away with an elevated ownership experience with a better understanding of the New Vehicle software and settings. This person will handle the delivery process which includes educating customers so they are well acquainted with all vehicle personalization features. As a Delivery Coordinator you will commit to becoming an expert and gain in-depth knowledge of the vehicle's accessories and technology. Responsibilities: * Ensures pre-delivery has been properly performed and the vehicle is ready for the client. * Coordinates delivery of vehicles to customers, providing tour of dealership facilities and introducing customer to appropriate dealership personnel including service manager or available service advisor. * Personalizes vehicle delivery to the customer's needs by demonstrating the features of the vehicle and assists with set-up if necessary. * Maximizes the profitability of each sale by explaining available vehicle accessories and Crowley Auto Group related services. * Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction. * Other tasks as assigned.
