Position Summary This dynamic position partners with the Sales organization and is responsible for assisting in business development, deal preparation, customer financials and supporting the Client Account Managment's team needs. This position offers multiple vectors for career growth within FTG. If you want to start a career, start here! Essential Functions and Responsibilities * Assists Client Relationship Managers with analyzing accounts * Performs financial analysis and creates summary * Data entry and validation * Assist in VIP client onboarding * Data analysis, requesting info, digging up details and preparing presentations * Prepares strategies and proposals for the Client Account Managment team * Complete contracts and deal paperwork * Works closely with customer contacts, end-users and FTG's internal resources on pricing requests, contracts, SLA's and escalations * Prepares quarterly reviews * Conducts research projects, bios, proposals * Augment customer relationship building * Supports all other team member tasks and other duties as assigned Qualifications and Experience * Ability to learn and research on your own * Background in customer service or sales preferred * Background in customer service preferred * Bachelor's degree preferred * Strong self-motivator * Independent and hard working * Strong time management & organization skills * Intermediate computer knowledge* MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * As part of pre-employment, we require drug and background screenings FlexTG is committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all applicants and associates.
