Accounts Receivable Manager Location: Ziegler Industries | Keokuk, Iowa Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year Relocation & Living Package Available! We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive professional to lead our accounts receivable operations, ensuring timely billing, project accounting support, job costing, collections, and cash flow optimization. * What You 'll Do (And Rock At ): * Manage AR functions with precision--billing, collections, and DSO reduction. * Build strong customer relationships (because who doesn't love getting paid on time?). * Develop and present financial reports to leadership, turning data into actionable insights. * Collaborate with Project Management to track billing progress and ensure compliance. * Implement process improvements and automation to boost AR efficiency. * Investigate and resolve discrepancies--think detective work, but for numbers. * Support audit compliance and maintain financial transparency. * What You Bring to the Table: * Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations. * Expert-level Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP--you know the drill). * ERP system experience (NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics GP, etc.) * A sharp eye for detail, a love for numbers, and a drive for accuracy. * What 's in It for You?
