What You'll Do Drive Sales & Close Deals * Own the entire sales process -- from first client contact to signed contract. * Develop winning proposals and quotes that align with client needs and company goals. * Perform site visits to scope out technical requirements and design compelling AV solutions. * Collaborate with finance to ensure quotes are profitable and competitive. * Commission-based role with a six-figure salary. Lead AV Project Execution * Oversee full production lifecycle -- from pre-production to on-site setup and showtime. * Host pre-pro meetings with technical and creative teams to plan logistics, labor, and equipment. * Ensure projects are on-time, on-budget, and meet or exceed client expectations. * Be the go-to contact for clients during production -- solve problems and keep things smooth. Build Relationships That Last * Develop strong, trust-based relationships with clients to drive repeat business. * Partner with vendors to source equipment, subrentals, and supplies as needed. * Negotiate contracts to balance quality, cost, and customer satisfaction. Keep Operations Tight * Coordinate with warehouse and operations to ensure gear is ready when you need it. * Help build and refine SOPs for efficient and consistent project delivery. * Track KPIs, client feedback, and project data to improve performance and processes. What You Bring * 5+ years in AV sales or technical production management, with a strong closing record * Deep knowledge of AV tech -- lighting, audio, video, staging * Skilled at quoting, budgeting, and contract negotiation * Strong client service instincts with a proactive, problem-solving mindset * Organized, detail-oriented, and cool under pressure * Experience with CRM and project management tools (HubSpot, Asana, etc.) * Bonus if you've led teams, juggled multiple large-scale events, or have a book of business in the AV space.
