Type: Full-time | Location: Alpharetta, GA Job Description We are currently seeking a Presales Solution Architect who will be responsible for: * Driving the success of our sales efforts by providing expert technical guidance and innovative solutions to potential clients. * Collaborating closely with sales teams, product managers, and clients to understand their needs and design tailored solutions that meet and exceed expectations. * Understanding client needs, analyzing systems, and creating plans for new solutions that integrate technologies to meet business goals and achieve desired outcomes. * The ideal candidate should possess a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to effectively address client requirements and challenges. Qualifications: * 18+ years of overall experience and 5+ years of relevant experience. * Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred. * Proven experience in presales, solution architecture, or technical sales roles. * Strong technical background in software development, cloud computing, networking, and enterprise IT infrastructure. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, conveying complex technical concepts effectively. * Strategic thinker focused on driving business outcomes and customer satisfaction. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and solve problems analytically. * Certifications in relevant technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Cisco are advantageous. * Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with relevant certifications. * Strong interpersonal skills, building rapport and trust with clients and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, technical constraints, and user needs. * Develop technical solutions aligned with business goals, using appropriate technologies. Design architectures that are robust, scalable, and secure. * Create architectural blueprints, diagrams, and documentation. Ensure alignment with industry standards and compliance requirements. * Research and evaluate emerging technologies for innovation and optimization. Make recommendations based on feasibility and cost-effectiveness. * Work with cross-functional teams to communicate technical concepts and drive consensus on architectural decisions. * Identify risks and vulnerabilities in the architecture. Implement mitigation strategies for security threats and system failures. * Provide technical leadership during implementation. Ensure adherence to guidelines, coding standards, and best practices. * Conduct performance analysis and optimization to improve system scalability and resource utilization. * Stay updated on technological advancements and share knowledge with colleagues. Drive initiatives for process improvement and enhanced productivity. * Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership on solution architecture and digital transformation.
